Motul Engine Flush 0.300 L is an additive meant to be used before an oil change to clean the internal oiling and lubrication circuits of an engine. The process typically involves adding the flush product to hot (used) engine oil, letting the engine idle (or run with minimal load) for about 10-15 minutes so the product circulates and dissolves sludge, varnish, and deposits, then draining the oil, replacing the oil filter, and refilling with fresh oil. The goal is to ensure the new oil isn’t contaminated with lingering deposits, improving performance, reducing wear, and increasing longevity. It’s not suitable for manual or automatic gearboxes — it’s for the engine oil circuit only.
